- Stripe (payment cards).
- Payment is made in advance, during checkout. The Order is processed once the payment has been received.

- Delivery within Poland is free for Orders over 319 PLN.

- The shipping time is stated in each Product description before purchase. Drop and pre-order Products are shipped after the sale ends, usually within about 3–4 weeks of its end. Carrier delivery time is added to this.
- Details are described on the Shipping policy page.
VII. Right of withdrawal
- A Consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Product or, if Products from one Order are delivered separately, of receiving the last of them.
- To withdraw, it is enough to send a clear statement before this period expires, in particular:
- via the online withdrawal form,
- by e-mail to contact@paradisesociety.com,
- in writing to the Seller’s address.
- The model withdrawal form available on the Refund policy page may be used, but this is not mandatory. The Seller promptly confirms receipt of the statement by e-mail.
- The Product must be sent back no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal, to the address given on the Refund policy page. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
- The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of delivery to the Consumer up to the cheapest delivery method offered in the Store, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. If the Consumer withdraws from only part of the Order, the delivery cost is not refunded.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until it receives the Product or proof that it has been sent back.
- The refund is made using the same payment method the Consumer used, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method that involves no costs for them.
- The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Products can be tried on as in a physical shop – please do not cut off the tags.
- The right of withdrawal also applies to a Sole trader with consumer rights.
VIII. Complaints
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the Product with the agreement that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of that time.
- Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to contact@paradisesociety.com or in writing to the Seller’s address, stating:
- the order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photos (if possible),
- your request.
- The Consumer may request repair or replacement of the Product. A price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement may be requested if the Seller has refused or failed to repair or replace the Product, if the lack of conformity persists, or if it is serious enough to justify this immediately. Withdrawal is not possible if the lack of conformity is minor.
- The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If no response is given within this period, the complaint is deemed accepted.
- If the Product needs to be sent back to handle the complaint, the Seller covers the shipping cost.
- The rules on lack of conformity also apply to a Sole trader with consumer rights.
IX. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. the free help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Poland. Information is available at www.uokik.gov.pl.
- Consumers from other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. Using these procedures is voluntary.
X. Personal data and cookies
- The controller of Customers’ personal data is the Seller. Data is processed to fulfil Orders, run customer accounts, communicate with Customers and, with consent, for marketing purposes.
- Details, including the use of cookies, are described in the Privacy policy. Cookie consents can be managed in the cookie banner and in the browser settings.
XI. Final provisions
- The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular changes in the law, in payment or delivery methods, or in the scope of the Store’s services. Orders placed before the change are fulfilled under the previous version.
- Customers with an account are informed of changes by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. If they do not accept the changes, they may terminate the customer account agreement during this period.
- Polish law applies to matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
- Disputes with Consumers are resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under general rules.
- These Terms and Conditions apply from 18 October 2026.
